Aluminum Tank Repair

A very well known manufacture asked if we could save this tank by fixing the warped front. So we machined out the warped part of the tank which had a 1/4" wall thickness, machined out a new plate that was 3/8" thick, welded it back up, had it tested, and back into production with in a week. This saved our customer tens of thousand from lost work and tens of thousands of having to buy a whole new system.
